Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is used to remove loose or excess skin around the eyes, and to reduce bags above or below the eyes and aims to make your eyes look fresher.

If you are considering upper lid surgery, Dean will carefully assess the position of your eyebrow, as a low brow height may be part of the problem.

If the lower lid is the issue, your tear trough (the line between your lid and cheek) and your cheek must be carefully considered.  Sometimes, more than the lid itself must be addressed.
